Founder, President, Tutor
HWIKEUN KIM
Hwikeun Kim is a senior at Warren High School. He currently serves as a president of Biology club, and shown interest in science throughout his academic career. He is a Distinguished AP Scholar recognized by Collgeboard. He also was a member of pre-med scholar at UCLA during 2016 summer, and has done research about optic disorder at UCSB during 2017 summer. He is also an avid volunteer. He volunteered at various places including Nepal and Mexico to set up a medical camp, and he currently volunteers at Ranchos Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center and Bell Convalescent Hospital. He dreams to be a surgeon and researcher who finds better surgical ways to help patients.
VICTORIA REAL
Vice President, Tutor
Victoria Real is a senior at Warren High School who has excelled in many Advanced Placement courses, such as AP Chemistry, AP United States History, AP English Language Composition, and AP European History. She has represented California at the national level by acting as SkillsUSA California State President for the 2016-17 school year. The summer of 2017 Victoria attended a leadership program, American Legion Auxiliary Girls' State, where she represented Warren High School, and practiced for love for public speaking. Victoria has a passion for improving the world she lives in through politics. She hopes to major in political science, and pursue a career in politics so that she can be the voice for those unrightfully represented.
ARIANNA FAVELA
Secretary, Tutor
Arianna Favela is a senior at Warren High School. She takes a rigorous coursework yet volunteers and plays on the Warren High School Varsity Tennis Team. Arianna has a passion to learn new information everyday and enjoys discovering the answers to questions. Becoming a cardiologist is her goal in life, and is determined to help others with any cardiovascular issues. The quote that Arianna follows is "Be kind to one another," and her daily reminder is to "take one day at a time."  Being around positive people who have a passion to do meaningful work is essential to Arianna's life, and by tutoring, Arianna is able to push that attitude onto others
XAVIER VALENCIA
Treasurer, Tutor
Xavier Valencia, a senior at Warren High School, has taken a variety of AP courses, including AP Chemistry, AP US History, AP English Language and Composition, and AP European History. Before this program he tutored students on his own, focusing on Chemistry, US History, and Computer Science. He currently serves as a California SkillsUSA state officer, and president of Sudoku Club. Xavier hopes to become a professor one day, and teach chemistry or computer science.
DANIELLE SORIANO
Director of Operation, Tutor
As a senior at Warren High School, Danielle Soriano aspires to utilize her educational achievements into benefiting others. In retrospect, this interest in people was manifested in many of her extracurricular activities. The central theme of Danielle’s contribution has been helping people of all ages. Currently, she spends her time playing on Warren’s Varsity Tennis team, volunteering at Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center, participating in ASB, and leading the Assistance League of Downey as chairman.
